Cancellation & Change Policy

Rapid Rewards eliminates all change and cancellation fees. Changes may require paying the difference in Rapid Rewards points, but no fee is charged. Cancellations result in immediate point redeposit. Processing can be done up to about 10 minutes prior to departure when boarding closes.
