Cancellation & Change Policy
Infinity MileageLands charges $50 for both changes and cancellations. According to Star Alliance award ticket terms, unused flights from partially used tickets can still be changed or cancelled for the same fee. Processing must be completed prior to departure.
Booking For Others Policy
EVA makes it very hard to book for someone else. You have to sign someone up as a nominee on your account, which requires manually mailing or faxing in the required form.
